Correct alignment using printer offsets

Adjust your Printer offsets in Report Designer if your layout is not aligned correctly by the same amount and in the same direction. For example, if you're printing a report or cheque, and it's being printed too high by an inch.

In Report Designer, you can enter a printer offset specific to your selected printer. Using this option you can adjust the output to ensure that your document prints correctly on a particular printer.

For information on how to enter a printer offset for your printer, see Sage 200 Report Designer - Printer Offsets (opens in a new tab).

Amending the page setup and default printer

You can use the Page Setup option in Report Designer to change the page settings for the current document, for example page size, orientation and margins. This ensures that your reports, layouts or letters print correctly. For example, you can use this option to change a document from portrait to landscape.

For information on how to amend the Page Setup options and set default printer settings in Report Designer, see Amend the Page Setup options and default printer settings on reports (opens in a new tab).
